Independent evaluations commissioned

The British Academy is committed to making evidence-based decisions to maximise its impact and effectively champion the SHAPE disciplines. The Academy values monitoring and evaluation as an enabler for the successful delivery of its strategic priorities and to inform future planning of its programmes.

Evaluation best practice is at the core of our processes, including maintaining independence from external contractors. Therefore, potential tenderers are advised that if they have completed an evaluation for the British Academy within the past two years, they will not be appointable unless there are no other suitable tenders received.
