The British Academy Global Monographs series showcases research funded through initiatives that look beyond national boundaries. The series presents ideas and findings that speak to global experiences, shared challenges, and international collaboration.
Global Monographs may be proposed by Academy‑funded researchers whose work has been supported through any of the Academy’s varied and internationally focused programmes. These include the Researchers at Risk Fellowships, Global Professorships, Global Innovation Fellowships, Knowledge Frontiers programmes, and others.
