Summary
This report reflects the findings of one of the research projects funded by the British Academy under its Where We Live Next programme. It contributes to a series of Policy Insight Case Studies drawing on SHAPE insights to provide practical illustrations of cross-cutting themes and principles for place-sensitive policymaking.
