These workshops will be targeted at early-career researchers in the humanities (more specifically, linguistics and applied linguistics) and social sciences (with a focus on education). They will be delivered intensively with the aims of:

a) increasing participants’ skills in writing in English for high-impact journals;

b) raising their awareness of funding opportunities for collaborative research between Brazil and the UK; and 

c) building early-career researchers’ capacity to write funding bids.
