Through a structured programme of coaching, mentoring and networking, researchers in Morocco, Mauritania and Tunisia with emergent profiles as research academics will be provided with knowledge, skills and capacities to enhance their success as academic journal and grant writers. The aim is to enable them to start publishing in high impact social science journals and develop a strong network of connections, with a particular emphasis on female researchers’ academic enhancement.
