Since January 2018, the Parliaments and People (P4P) grant-making programme has awarded more than 25 grants to researchers using interdisciplinary methodologies to explore the relationship between parliaments, parliamentarians and people in society. A writing workshop – to be held at Mekelle University in September 2019 – will respond to the expressed need of early career researchers from Ethiopia for guidance on how to successfully publish their work in leading journals and apply for further funding for their research.
