The latest project of the Lexicon Iconographicum Mythologiae Classicae (LIMC) foundation, based in Basel, Switzerland, was the collection and publication of the evidence for cults and rituals (Thesaurus Cultus et Rituum Antiquorum) in the Greek and Roman World, including the iconography of cult and ritual; realia, such as ritual instruments, altars, sacred stones and magic objects; and cult places.
