23 Feb 2022

The British Academy has awarded funding to 71 research and innovation projects to support pump-priming collaboration between UK and EU partners to facilitate applications to upcoming Horizon Europe funding calls.

The Pump Priming Collaboration between UK and EU Partners scheme aims to support collaborative activity between researchers at research institutes and universities in the UK and partners in EU/Associated Countries’ entities in advance of applications to Pillar 2 of Horizon Europe. The awards are each worth up to £10,000 and are funded by the UK’s Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.

Funding will be used in a variety of ways, including but not limited to feasibility studies, application advice and training and building partnerships with eligible partners.

The British Academy has published a full list of the 71 projects awarded funding within this scheme.
