- Searching for wellness
From fermented foods to fibre counts, conversations about gut health are everywhere, and researchers continue to uncover links between the gut and our overall wellbeing.
But our obsession with the gut is not new. Throughout history, people have thought about the way our digestive system influences our emotional, mental, and physical state and even our sense of self.
Delve into the mysteries of our relationship with our gut from an unexpected angle with our panel of leading researchers. Through insights from history, literature, art, and lived experience, discover how people have imagined, interpreted, and experienced this influential, and often misunderstood, organ.
