A British Academy Forum offering an economic analysis of the options for the ‘Independent Review of Higher Education Funding and Student Finance’ recently set up by the UK Government in consultation with the Opposition.

The meeting discussed how to finance a high quality and diverse higher education system which is affordable to students and taxpayers, and which allows access irrespective of ability to pay upfront.
